Starting with the most recent driver listed and going backwards I began the process of elimination until I found one that worked. I’m having trouble with the Internet and Windows Upgraded driver to latest. You will see this driver on the list. Then I tried the latest from Broadcom’s website but it also failed.

You can help protect yourself from scammers by verifying that the contact is a Microsoft Agent or Microsoft Employee and that the phone number is an official Microsoft global customer service number. Hope this helps I also found this nasty glitch but luckily for me my 5xx Latitude D had a wireless driver that was compatible so I did like you said and sure enough that driver did the trick now I am back on Ethernet. After install, device manager shows yellow failure symbol and error braodcom 10 as reported by many others above. What changed between the first non-working and second working Win 10 installs? I first tried the driver that Dell Support recommended but it failed.

Thanks, I could not find driver on computer. So I rolled back to the This site in other languages x. I loaded driver So I grabbed my old laptop, did some research and downloaded a few new drivers, put them on my usb stick and copied them to my PC, did what I had to do I really don’t know how to explain it in English haha, im so sorry!

You may be faced with the same problem, as Windows tries to force an update to the “right” driver.
